Service isn’t always pretty. And if you’re girls.who.serve, it’s chaotic and usually a mess. But that hasn’t stopped us from trying our best to wrangle our friends to contribute something, anything: time at a food kitchen, ingredients for the pantry, first-aid kits, children’s clothes. This isn’t altruism. We’re just friends, with some benefits, offering our hands to any local group and nonprofit already transforming their community.
